No picture or no sound
1. Please check whether the power is on; power button is located at the bottom of the TV.
2. Check whether the aerial is correctly connected.
3. Check whether the TUNING procedure has been correctly followed.
4. Try another SOURCE such as AV, YpbPr or HDMI

No Signal
1. Check whether the aerial is correctly connected.
2. Check whether the TUNING procedure has been correctly followed.
3. Check which source you are in. If you are in another source such as AV, YpbPr or HDMI, please check your external device.

Remote Control does not work
1. Check whether the battery is correctly plugged into the remote control.
2. When using the remote control, ensure it is pointed towards the green light.
3. Switch the TV off and on again if the above two tests fail.

Poor picture or doesn't pick up all channels
1. Check whether the aerial is correctly connected.
2. This problem usually occurs when the TV signal is weak. You can resolve this by purchasing an amplifier.
